Baby Boomers is a category to define a group of people who were born between the years 1946 and 1964. Just like Millennials, it is a term to categorize a particular generation. They are the generational division born after World War II known simply as “boomers,” named after the unprecedented post-war spike in birth rates, referred to as the baby boom. Human Resources professionals must not stereotype individuals based on their age or generation and maintain equality among employees.
